Aeneas Online Billpay - March 2005 Aeneas has heard your requests for online billpay! Now you can use our customer account manager at mybill.aeneas.com to pay your bill online with your debit or credit card. No matter how you receive your bill (paper bill, email, etc.) all Aeneas customers can use mybill to view their current and past bills, and to make payments. If you'd like to switch to online or e-mail billing and eliminate your paper bill, please contact our billing department and we'd be happy to switch you over. Aeneas Voicemail - January 2005 On February 1st, Aeneas will introduce a new Voicemail service. This service includes access to messages through your telephone handset, as well as advanced features like e-mail and pager notification of messages. Aeneas Has New Logo - August 2004 As Aeneas begins this new phase of growth with our new building, and new services like Voice over Internet, we are also introducing a new logo. We haven’t discarded our familiar old logo, which is so much a part of our identity, we’ve simply updated the design for the future. We’ve begun phasing the new logo in this month, so you'll notice a few changes as it begins appearing on our website, your future bills, and any other correspondence you receive from Aeneas. Aeneas MyBill Renovated - August 2004 Aeneas has just unveiled a newly improved online customer service center. Now both Internet and telephone customers can log in to mybill.aeneas.com to update account information and view bill history. This is an ongoing process, so look for more improvements soon. Internet customers: log in as you would log in to your e-mail account. Aeneas Moves to New Home Aeneas has completed the move to our new permanent office in downtown Jackson, Tennessee. Aeneas Introduces New Billing Format Starting March 1, 2004 Aeneas Internet & Telephone will be utilizing our new “Aeneas Bill Master” billing system. Your telephone and Internet bill will look slightly different in March and we expect additional modifications over the next six months. Aeneas Bill Master will permit Aeneas to introduce added features and enhancements with greater ease and less cost as we go forward. NOTE: One of the immediate changes you will see on your bill is that you have a new account number. Your new account number will in no way limit access to your past payment and usage history. Additional enhancements include: - Online bill presentment As with any Aeneas online transaction, we adhere to the highest standard of security and confidentiality. All account information is encrypted as it travels over our network. These enhancements as well as other features will be introduced over the coming months. We will be offering incentives for conducting business with us online in order to reduce paper and postage expense, as well as, to conserve our environment.
