Open Microsoft Outlook.

Under the “tools” menu, choose “e-mail accounts.”

Next select “add a new e-mail account.”

Under Server Type choose “POP3.”

Under Internet E-mail Settings, fill in your name, username, e-mail address and password information. For both incoming mail server and outgoing mail server enter the following: mail.aeneas.net
