| Carrier Notifications Current Notifications: 2008 (2/15/08) - Effective April 1, all customers that have had the $1.50 paper bill charge waived on their bills, will be charged this fee if they would like to continue receiving a paper bill. Aeneas offers several alternative billing methods that will allow customers to avoid this charge. You can sign up to receive an e-mail bill each month or make automatic payments by bank draft or credit card. Your bills are available to view online at our customer account manager anytime regardless of the billing method you’ve chosen. We hope you’ll consider switching to one of our non-paper billing methods. They’re good for the environment, they’re easy to use, and they’ll save you the $1.50 paper billing charge.
