Aeneas Internet and Telephone to Restore Services Aeneas Internet and Telephone's main facility, located in downtown Jackson, TN, has suffered physical damage due to the recent storms developing in the west Tennessee area. This damage has caused a temporary outage of Internet services as well as partial outage of telephone services. Aeneas has a disaster recovery plan in place and is making steady progress on service restoration by working around the clock. Internet services including dial-up access, DSL, email and web hosting are already starting to be available throughout west TN and are projected to be fully functional by May 6th or 7th. Local telephone for home users and small businesses has not been affected. Local telephone and Internet for larger corporations are to be restored by the end of this week.
