There are about 25 questions in the survey, and when you reach the end you will be offered a $1 credit to your account if you enter your
account information. Regardless of how many times the survey is taken, only one credit
will be applied per valid account. Please have your Aeneas account number (found on the
top right hand corner of your bill) with you.
You will need to enter your account number to receive your credit. If you feel more comfortable
offering your answers anonymously, we welcome your feedback but we can only issue credits when an account number is entered.
