Call Forwarding
Allows you to have your calls redirected to a different number like your cell phone or another person’s line. You can set it up to forward if your phone is busy and if your phone isn’t answered. Those settings can include forwarding to different numbers in each case if you choose.
Selective Call Forwarding
Lets you set up a group of callers whose calls are always redirected to another number.
Priority Call
Distinctive ring tones assigned to specific incoming callers, so you know when a high priority call comes in.
Voicemail
People can leave you messages.
Call Rejection
Prevents calls from specified numbers from reaching you.
Caller ID
Displays name or number of caller.
Call Waiting
Notifies you if you have an incoming call while on the phone and allows you to switch between the calls. You can also get caller ID for call waiting, so you can decide whether or not you want to take the second call.
Call Transfer
Allows you to connect someone you’ve called to another person’s line .
Three Way Calling
Allows you to talk to two other people at once.
Speed Calling
One or two digit codes for quicker calling of numbers you often use.
Call Barring
You can block certain types of calls, like international or toll calls, from being made on your phone
Mandatory Account Codes
Force an account code to be entered before a call is made. The account code appears on your itemized phone bill, so you always know which department is making each call. An account code doesn’t have to be dialed for inter-office or inter-business calling.
Withhold Number
Doesn’t allow your number to show up on other people’s caller ID
Automatic Recall
Return the last call you received. If the person you call is busy, automatic callback will notify you when their line is free.
Call Rejection
You can block specified numbers from reaching you.
Selective Call Acceptance
You can allow only specified numbers to reach you. All calls from numbers not on your accepted list will be rejected.
Call Trace
After you receive a call you can enter a code and the caller’s information will be recorded even if they have call withholding and reported to law enforcement.
Reminder calls
Allows you to set a specific time that your phone will ring so it can function as an alarm or reminder. There are two levels. Basic allows you to set a time up 24 hours in advance. Advanced allows you to set a time to recur every day, weekday or once a week.
Do Not Disturb
Block your line temporarily to prevent all incoming calls. You can continue to make outgoing calls normally.
Priority Call
Your phone will ring differently when you receive calls from a list of numbers you specify.
Home Intercom
Call the other phones in your house so you can speak to your family members without yelling or running all over the house to find them.
SimRing
Set up all your phones - home, office, cell, etc. - to ring simultaneously whenever you get a call. That way you don't need to miss any calls,
no matter where you are.
Find Me Follow Me
This feature is a more advanced version of SimRing. Unlike SimRing, which rings all your phones at once, Find ME Follow Me allows you to configure how you want your calls routed. For example, you can ring your cell and business phone simultaneously, and if neither are answered, try the home phone.
Off Premises Extension services
If you have a second telephone line in a different location, this feature allows your two lines to operate like two extensions on the same line. The two
lines share a single directory number, and both phones will ring simultaneously when a call comes in.
